Calgary Stampede; a guide from a sustainable queen

When I found out I was going to the Calgary Stampede this summer, I was thrilled, I was excited, and I was most importantly excited for all the OUTFITS!!

Since this has been my first stampede I wanted to go all out with the looks, I wanted to be able to pull outfits out each day that I loved & could inspire outfits for stampedes to come!

I am very passionate about sustainable, slow fashion, especially in a festival setting where so much of it comes down to the use of fast fashion brands.

I knew I wanted to incorporate items from all of my favourite vintage/curated second hand stores in Saskatoon Sk, & surrounding areas.

Seven Sundays, Replacing you, The Edit, Indefinite Article, Facebook Market place, Watrous thrift store, etc.

I made it my mission to try my hardest to create all of my stampede outfits with second hand pieces or pieces I already had in my closet/borrowed pieces.
